Green Chile Chickpea Taquitos

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup Hatch Chile Verde
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 Tbsp. Desert Gardens Taco and Burrito Seasoning
12 corn tortillas
canola oil
green chile ranch:
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. dried chives
1/2 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 cup Hatch Chile Verde

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Add chickpeas, green chile, cream cheese, cilantro and taco seasoning to a food processor
Pulse until combined and remove to a bowl
Heat tortillas in a damp towel in the microwave 30-60 seconds, until softened
Brush one side of a tortilla with oil and flip. Add 2 tablespoons filling to the center
Roll tightly and place seam side down on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas
Bake 8 minutes, flip and bake an additional 5-8 minutes until crispy and golden brown
For the dip, add all ingredients to a bowl, stir to combine
Serve hot taquitos with ranch dip
