Hatch Green Chile Corn Chowder Soup: is often the soup Du Jour in most New Mexican homes. Many times we create different variations using fresh veggies, fish, or poultry. Of course no meal is complete without a little spice, so this meal contains Green Chile creating mouth watering, hearty southwestern corn chowder. Serves 6.
Ingredients: Potatoes, Corn, Vegetarian base (salt, lactose, hydrolyzed soy protein, dehydrated onions, turmeric, natural flavors, deflated soy flour, spice), Cornstarch, Celery, Green Chile, Minced Onion, Natural Butter Flavor (whey solids, modified butter oil, dehydrated butter, corn syrup solids, salt, guar gum, annatto, and turmeric [for color]), Spices.

A traditional recipe with New Mexico red chile, plump sweet corn, tomatoes, bell peppers, black beans and garlic to create a soup mix that will transport you to south of the border.
