Our "Forever Guarantee"

If you're not satisfied with a purchase you made from us, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or at any time after that for an online store credit.

How to start a return

Please request a return before sending anything back. WE WILL REFUSE PACKAGES WE ARE NOT EXPECTING.

Conditions

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is the result of our error.
  • Sale items, Los Poblanos Bath & Body products, and orders of 10 or more of the exact same item are final sale and not returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • The product you return must be in "as new," resalable condition. (If your item simply needs repair, most of our artists and craftspeople offer warranty and repair services. Contact us for more information.) If you return an item in a condition that prevents us from reselling it as new, a 25% restocking fee will apply. We're a very small company and can't afford to accept items which can't be resold.
  • Due to their fragile nature, chile pepper wreaths and ristras are always subject to a 25% restocking fee upon return.

If your order arrives damaged

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If an item is damaged, notify us immediately and we will do whatever it takes to make it right. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. Welcome and thanks for being a Made in New Mexico customer!
