Red Chile Enchilada Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground beef or ground sausage
1 jar Hatch Chile Colorado
2 cups Mexican blend cheese, shredded
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup onions

Directions:
Brown hamburger meat and chopped onions cooked through. If there is extra grease, drain.
Season with garlic salt, cumin and a bit of pepper.
Pour in one jar of chile Colorado and combine until well mixed.
Add sour cream and stir with a wooden spoon until melted and creamy.
Add 2 cups of shredded cheese to the skillet, stirring so as not to burn, until completely cheese is fully melted.
Serve immediately while hot with tortilla chips.
