Made it as written and came out fantastic. It took 2 days to make and I was wondering if it was worth it until our first bite. The Chile sauce is great . So many options for other dishes. BTW I ordered and used the chiles and oregano recommended and don’t care to try anything else. Recommend any other recipes to your Texas neighbor. Thanks
