Red Chile Chicken Wings

The addition of Red Chile Olive Oil put a new spin on chicken wings

2 dozen chicken wings
1 cup New Mexico Red Chile Olive Oil
1/2 cup butter
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Frank's hot sauce
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine mayo, blue cheese, and a few tablespoons of New Mexico Red Chile Olive Oil
Marinate wings in 1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce for at leat 2 hours in the refrigerator
One marinating is complete, allow wings to come to room temperature and grill over medium heat 10-15 minutes per side
Combine 1/2 cup Worchestershire sauce, 1/2 cup New Mexico Red Chile Olive Oil, butter and hot sauce
Mix together in a bowl and brush onto wings in the last few minutes of cooking
Serve with dipping sauce and garnish with carrot and celery sticks
