Hatch Green Chile Mini Popovers

These savory little bites are simple to make

Ingredients:
1 tube buttermilk refrigerator biscuits (10 to a can)
1/4 cup Santa Fe Seasons Hatch Green Chile
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray
Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss with green chile until evenly coated
Put 3 biscuit pieces in each muffin cup and top with 1/2 teaspoon of cheese
Bake 9-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden
Cool 2-3 minutes, remove from muffin cups and serve warm
