Chicken and Green Chile Enchilada Dip

3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup corn kernels
2 cups Pure Hatch Green Chile
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, plus more for topping
garnishes: chopped cilantro, sliced black olives, chopped green onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a casserole dish with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir thoroughly to combine.
Pour into prepared pan and top with additional cheese.
Bake 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbling.
Top with garnishes and serve with tortilla chips.
