Baked Brie with Raspberries and Green Chile

This baked brie is a quick and easy appetizer for a crowd

1 wheel Brie cheese
1 pint raspberries
1 cup Uncle Nathan's Raspberry Fruit Spread
1 cup Santa Fe Ole Hatch Green Chile
1/2 cup honey
1 sheet prepared puff pastry
1 baguette, sliced thin, toasted

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Using a rolling pin, roll out the puff pastry into a sheet 1/8 inch thick
Place the brie in the center of the dough and spread raspberry jam evenly across the top
In a small mixing bowl, combine green chile, honey and raspberries and spoon generously on top of the brie
Fold the dough over the top of the cheese, covering completely
Place onto a greased sheet and bake 30 minutes, until golden brown
Allow to cool about 10 minutes and serve with baguette slices
