Peach and Green Chile Jam

Ingredients:
3 large peaches, peeled and diced
juice from 1/2 large lime
1/2 cup Santa Fe Seasons Flame Roasted Hatch Green Chile
8 oz. sugar
1 Tbsp. water
Directions:
Wash and rinse a pint size Mason jar
Add all the ingredients to a saucepan on low heat
Stir until sugar has melted and increase heat to medium, bring to a boil
Stir constantly at a boil 18-20 minutes, or until the temperature reaches 205-210F
Remove from the heat and ladle immediately into the pint jar
Wipe the jar's rim with a clean, damp cloth top with the lid
Cool, then refrigerate
