You can pop them on your stove or microwave. You want to use oils that have a high smoke-point: Peanut oil, safflower oil, canola oil, vegetable oil, etc. Put in about 3 tbls. of oil in a covered pan or covered pot on medium heat. When the oil is hot pour in the red kernels, shake or move the pot around as they begin to pop, and so they do not burn. It shouldn't take to long about 2 to 5 minutes. The kernels will pop white not red sorry. In a microwave add 1 tbls. of oil with your kernels in a brown paper bag. Fold the top of the bag over a couple of times & shake. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. Store the popcorn kernels in sealed plastic or glass container in a cool, dark, dry location for up to 1 year.
