Since 2014, Los Roast became year-round , launching a shelf-stable product line of Red and Green Chile Sauce, Chopped Chile, Green Chile Salsa, all grown in New Mexico. Our Hatch-grown Chile — Sandia's, Ms. Junie's, Big Jim's and Lumbre blends— are world-renowned for their rich flavor profile.
