Elaborado únicamente con pimientos frescos de color rojo brillante cultivados durante siglos en la región del Valle de Mesilla en el sur de Nuevo México, hogar del famoso Chile Hatch. El chile piquín se usa sólo para decoración y no es comestible. Se trata especialmente para que no gotee el peligroso jugo de chile, no atraiga moscas de la fruta ni se enmohezca. A diferencia de las Ristras de la competencia, puedes colgar las nuestras en el interior sin experimentar problemas. Durará años más que las Ristras vendidas por la competencia: hasta 5 años en climas secos, 2 años en climas húmedos. Cubierto con una hoja de maíz para decorar. Incluye un lazo de cuerda que permite colgarlo fácilmente. Mide de 12 a 14 pulgadas de largo, más la tapa de hoja de maíz de 3 a 4 pulgadas. Esta Ristra no es comestible.

"Having grown up with ristras and moved North, I was excited to try this. Sadly the quality was poor. Husk top was detached and I could not hang it. I am trying to rethread it and salvage it. Simply can’t compare to the old ristras I bought at the roadside fruit stands."
