Red Chile Honey Glazed Salmon

4 8 oz. salmon fillets
1/3 cup B's Pure Honey
2 Tbsp. Hatch Red Chile Powder
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. canola oil

In a bowl, combine honey, chile powder and mustard. Set aside.
Rub the salmon fillets with canola oil and season with salt and pepper.
To a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, add salmon, skin side up and cook until browned, about 4 minutes.
Turn and brush with red chile glaze. Cook until skin is browned and crispy and salmon is cooked through, about 3 more minutes.
Brush with remaining glaze and serve.
