2 lbs. chicken wings
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 tsp. Desert Blend Grill Rub & Seasoning
2 cups Hatch Chile BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and then place parchment paper on top.
Pat dry wings with paper towels.
Season liberally with Desert Blend Seasoning and toss to coat. Brush with olive oil.
Place wings in one layer on the baking sheet and bake for 35 minutes, flipping them over after 20 minutes.
Remove wings from the oven, toss with sauce and return to the oven for another 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes on the other side.
Broil for a few minutes to caramelize and serve.
