No Knead Green Chile Cheddar Loaf

Ingredients:
3 cups + 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 tsp. instant yeast
1 1/2 cups cool water
1/3 cup Santa Fe Seasons Hatch Green Chile
1 cup white cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt and yeast
Add green chile and cheese. Gently toss into the flour mixture
Add water and mix until a shaggy dough forms
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside 12-18 hours.
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Once the oven comes to temp, place a cast iron pot with a lid inside for 30 minutes
Meanwhile, pour the dough onto a heavily floured surface and shape into a ball
Remove the pot from the oven and drop in the dough. Cover and return to the oven 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake an additional 15 minutes
Remove the bread from oven and place on a rack to cool
