New Mexican Chicken Salad with Green Chile

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. chicken meat, shredded
3/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup Santa Fe Seasons Flame Roasted Hatch Green Chile
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 red onion, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 lime, juiced
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 avocado, diced

Directions:
Add chicken to a large mixing bowl with all the other ingredients. Stir to combine and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve on your favorite hearty bread
