Lavender Hot Chocolate

2 cups whole milk
1 Tbsp Frolicking Deer Culinary Lavender
4 oz. premium chocolate, finely chopped
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine the milk and lavender buds. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes until milk is very hot
Let sit for 20 minutes. Chop the chocolate and add to a small saucepan.
Strain milk and pour over the chocolate. Add a pinch of salt
Stir the milk and chocolate together over medium heat until the chocolate has completely dissolved
Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir to combine
Pour into two mugs and top with whipped cream
