Lavender Fleur De Sel Caramel Sauce

3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup heavy cream
5 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 tsp. Frolicking Deer Culinary Lavender
1/2 tsp. fleur de sel

Heat sugar, water and corn syrup in a medium saucepan over medium high heat, stirring occasionally
Cook until sugar dissolves, 3-4 minutes. Bring to a boil and cook, washing down the sides of the pan with a pastry brush to prevent crystals from forming, until medium amber, about 5 minutes
Remove from heat, add heavy cream and return to heat. Cook, stirring until combined
Remove from heat, stir in butter, lavender and fleur de sel
Let stand for 15 minutes, strain and serve with your favorite dessert or ice cream
