1 cup Fresh Chile Co. Hatch Hot Honey
18 oz. peach preserves
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. Los Chileros Crushed Chile Pequin
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
10 lb. spiral sliced ham
In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, whisk together hot honey, preserves, brown sugar, chile pequin and vinegar
Bring the mixture to a simmer and remove the pan from heat.
Place the ham in the slow cooker and cover witth half of the glaze.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Remove the ham from the slow cooker and place onto a serving platter.
Reheat the glaze on low and pour over the ham.
