Herbs De Provence Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:
4 cups Yukon potatoes, diced in 1/2 inch pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons good extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Frolicking Deer Herbs de Provence
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl. Arrange tossed potatoes onto baking tray.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
