Hatch Red Chile Ribs

Chimayo red chile gives these baby back ribs a spicy kick


1 rack baby back pork ribs
1 jar Hatch Red Chile Colorado Sauce
Hatch Red Chile Powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste


Season both sides of rib rack with red chile powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Grill ribs on both sides until well browned and caramelized.
Remove from grill and rest 10 minutes
Cut individual ribs and dip into red chile sauce. Place ribs in a baking pan and cover with the rest of the sauce
Bake at 275 for about 3 hours until fork tender
