Hatch Chile Lime Wings

1 cup Hatch Chile Verde
2 jalapenos
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2.5 lbs. chicken wings

Combine green chile and the rest of the ingredients (except the chicken wings) in a food processor
Puree until smooth and transfer to a large ziplock bag. Add wings and marinate overnight
Remove wings and place the reserved marinade in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes
On a grill over medium-high heat, grill the wings about 30 minutes, flipping and basting with the marinade every 5 minutes
Wings are done when a thermometer reads 175 degrees
