Hatch Chile Baked Beans

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 15 oz. cans navy beans
6 slices bacon
1 large onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 jar Hatch BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 14.5oz. can petite diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups beef stock

Directions:
In a Dutch oven over medium high heat, add olive oil and onion
Cook, stirring until soft, about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, mix in garlic and cook 1 more minute
Add BBQ sauce, bacon, sugar, stock, molasses, beans and tomatoes. Bring to a boil
Cover, place in oven and bake 2 hours, until thick and fragrant
