Green Chile Tortilla Burger

1 cup Pure Hatch Green Chile Sauce
2 lbs. ground chuck
12 slices pepper jack cheese
4–10-inch tortillas
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded lettuce

Preheat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat and preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Divide ground beef into 4 equal patties and season well with salt and pepper
Place patties in the hot pan and cook 3-5 minutes, until juices start to form on the top
Flip and top each patty with 2 slices of cheese. Cook until medium rare, 3-4 minutes
Place a tortilla on a flat surface and place a patty in the center, cheese side down
Fold the tortilla around the burger, flip and place on a sheet pan seam side down
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and patties and top each with another slice of cheese
Top each patty with 1/4 cup green chile sauce and bake until cheese is melted and green chile is heated through
Remove burgers from the oven and garnish with sour cream and shredded lettuce
