Green Chile Beef Tacos with Black Beans

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup Santa Fe Ole Hatch Green Chile
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed
1 cup corn kernels
16 hard taco shells
lettuce, shredded cheese and tomatoes for topping
sour cream, avocado, cilantro for garnish

In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onions and garlic until beef is cooked through
In a small bowl, stir together the spices and cornstarch. Add to the beef and stir to combine
Add green chile, cover and cook 3-5 minutes, until thickened. Stir in black beans and corn
Serve in taco shells topped with lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. Garnish with desired toppings
