Creamy Green Chile Dip
1 cup sour cream
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Santa Fe Seasons Roasted Hatch Green Chile
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, combine cream cheese, sour cream, spices and halt the green chile and process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper
Fold in the remaining chile and transfer to a serving bowl
Serve with tortilla chips or crudité
