Corn and Green Chile Pasta Salad

1 lb. macaroni or your favorite pasta shape
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayo
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 cup Hatch Chile Verde
1 jalapeno, diced
4 ears corn
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. Six Seasoning Spice Blend

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and allow to cool.
Char the corn over an open flame or in the oven on broil.
Turn every few minutes until charred. Remove and cut off the kernels.
Combine sour cream, mayo, lime juice, and green chile. Stir to combine.
Add pasta, cilantro and seasoning blend. Stir to combine and adjust seasoning if needed.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
