Peach and Green Chile Salsa

Ingredients:
3 peaches, peeled and diced
1/2 cup Santa Fe Ole Hatch Roasted Green Chile
3/4 cup fresh grilled corn
2 Tbsp. red onion, diced
2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1/2 lime juice
1/4 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss together until combined
Refrigerate 1 hour and serve at room temperature
