Hatch Green Chile Glazed Bacon
Ingredients:
1 package thick sliced bacon
1/2 jar Santa Fe Seasons Flame Roasted Hatch Green Chile
1/2 cup honey
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a blender, puree the green chile and honey until smooth
On a baking sheet, lay out the individual slices of bacon
Brush liberally with green chile mixture and bake until bacon begins to crisp 10-15 minutes
Remove from oven and turn bacon over, brush more green chile mixture and continue baking until crisp
Remove and let cool, serve with anything
