This red chile sauce is from Hatch Valley New Mexico. Great flavor and a nice amount of heat come together in this wonderful product. Great for any New Mexican style of cooking.

Randy and his wife Carol started making thousands of jars of sauce for clients and friends as gifts, and after being asked for, even more, the decision was made to expand. The family recipe is now being made in a commercial kitchen, using only the freshest ingredients, including red and green chile from Hatch, New Mexico – the chile capital of the world!

A very rich, earthy red chile. It needs no added flavors. Great for Huevos Rancheros, Carne Adovada or Enchiladas on it's own. A more traditional style of red chile like Abuela used to make.
