Ingredients: Blue cornmeal, unbleached flour, dried green chile, buttermilk powder, dehydrated bell pepper flakes, baking powder (cornstarch, bicarbonate of soda, sodium aluminum sulftae, acid phosphate of calcium) sugar, salt.

3/4 cup of hot water
2 eggs slightly beaten
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place package of cornbread mix in a large bowl. Add slightly beaten eggs ans stir until evenly moistened. Gradually add hot water. Stir until well blended. Pour batter into lighly greased 12 count muffin pan or an 8" x 8" x 2" baking pan. Bake aproximately 12-15 miutes for muffins, or 20 to 25 minutes in baking pan, until lightly browned and firm. Makes 12 muffins or squares.
