Add boiling water to the bag, filling until just above the tamale. seal the zipper and let steep for two minutes. Then open one corner slightly and carefully drain off the excess water until the dripping stops. And that's it! Slide the rehydrated tamale onto your plate and dive in!  Sold in packages of 1 tamale. Ingredients: Masa, (ground corn with a hint of lime), Pork, Water, Lard, Red Chile Powder, Salt, Granulated Garlic

Instructions: Open bag, Remove absorber packet, Stand bag in a mug or bowl, Carefully pour 1.25 cups of boiling water into bag, CAUTION! bag and contents will be very hot! Seal the bag, and let steep for 2 minutes. Carefully open one corner slightly and slowly pour off excess hot water, slide tamale out of the bag and enjoy! (Always put the tamale in open side down so as not to loose filling while pouring off excess water.)
