Buffalo Hot Wings Recipe:
Ingredients:
- Buffalo Wing Mix
- 3 lbs. chicken wings
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1/2/ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs. grated lime zest
Directions:
In a large zip lock bag place the chicken wings, 2 1/2 tablespoons (about 1/2 the package) of the Buffalo Wing Mix, Worcestershire sauce, the oil, and the lime zest. Seal the bag, mix well, and marinate for at least one hour. Place wings on a lightly greased foil lined pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until browned. The internal temperature being 165 to 170 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle some of the remaining mix on the wings.
Fiesta Dip Mix additional Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
Directions:
Add dip mix to mayonnaise and sour cream and let chill for about 30 minutes.
For salsa, add to 32 ounces of tomatoes and blend.
