Turkey and Green Chile Quesadillas

2 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded turkey meat
3 Tbsp. cranberry sauce
3 Tbsp. Santa Fe Ole Hatch Green Chile
1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. fresh sage leaves, minced
vegetable oil spray

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Place a tortilla in the pan
Add 1/2 of cheese, turkey, sage, cranberry sauce, green chile and top with the rest of the cheese
Grill for about 3 minutes per side, until golden and cheese is melted
Remove from heat, cut into quarters and serve
