Sticky Ancho Honey Chicken Legs

Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup Wildflower Mesquite Honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
4 Tbsp. Los Chileros Ancho Chile Powder
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 lb. chicken drumsticks
chopped parsley to garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
In a large resealable bag, combine soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, ancho powder, garlic and vinegar
Add drumsticks and marinate 1 hour, reserve marinade when done
In an oven safe skillet on medium high heat, sear drumsticks on all sides, about 7 minutes
Once the chicken is browned, pour reserved marinade over the chicken and bake til chicken is cooked through, about 20 minutes
Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley and serve
