    Ingredients:
    2 slices bread, toasted
    1 avocado, peeled and seeded
    2 Tbsp. Santa Fe Ole Hatch Green Chile
    juice of 1/2 lime
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    salt and pepper
    2 eggs, scrambled
    2 Tbsp. Grilled Garden Salsa

    Directions:
    In a bowl, mix together avocado, green chile, lime, and red pepper flakes.
    Stir to combine and mash to your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
    Spread avocado mixture over 2 slices of otasted bread.
    Top with scrambled eggs and salsa.
    Garnish with cilantro and serve with your favorite hot sauce.
