Smoky Chipotle Sloppy Joes

3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium red onion, diced
1 15oz. can kidney beans
3 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
4 cups crushed tomatoes
jalapeno, minced
2 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. Los Chileros Chipotle Powder
2 tsp. smoked paprika
3 Tbsp. molasses
salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot heat olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and onion, cook until softened about 2 minutes
Add ground beef, break up and cook until browned
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
Serve on toasted hamburger buns or sub rolls
