Pork Chops in Creamy Green Chile Sauce

Serve this savory dish with rice or potatoes


2 tsp. olive oil
2 lbs. pork chops
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp/ onion powder
1 cup chicken broth
1 lb. radishes, trimmed
1/4 cup Santa Fe Seasons Roasted Hatch Green Chile
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste


Season pork chops with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Press sauté on the instant pot, allow to heat and add oil. Brown pork chops on both sides and remove
Add chicken broth to the pot, scrape to remove any browned bits from the bottom of the pan
Add the pork chops back into the pan with the radishes
Close and lock the lid, seal and set on manual for 15 minutes
Release pressure when done, remove pork chops and set to sauté
Boil stock until reduced by half and add cream, parmesan and green chile, adjust seasoning
Add pork chops and radishes back into the pot and simmer another 5 minutes
Serve immediately
