1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. Frolicking Deer Culinary Lavender
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Place sugar, water and lavender in a medium sized saucepan
Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes
Squeeze lemon juice to bring out the purple color. Strain
Cool and store in the refrigerator.
