Lavender Pecan Chicken Salad

1/2 rotisserie chicken, meat removed, bones discarded
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
1 1/2 tsp Frolicking Deer Culinary Lavender
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and lemon zest. Before adding the lavender, crush between your fingers and then add to the bowl. Stir to combine.
Add chicken, celery, red onion, pecans and parsley. Toss until combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
