    Ingredients:
    4 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    1 cup warm water
    2 1/2 cups sugar
    1 1/3 cup corn syrup
    2/3 cup water
    3 Tbsp. Frolicking Deer Culinary Lavender
    1 cup powdered sugar
    3 Tbsp. corn starch

    Directions:
    Place the gelatin and warm water in the bowl of an electric mixer. Stir to combine and set aside
    Place the sugar, corn syrup and extra water in a saucepan over medium heat
    Bring to a boil and cook without stirring 5-6 minutes, until the soft ball stage. 240 degrees F on a candy thermometer
    With the mixer on high speed, gradually add the hot syrup to the gelatin mixture
    Add the lavender and beat for 10 minutes, until this and fluffy
    Pour into a lightly greased 10x14 baking dish lined with parchment and refrigerate overnight
    Place the icing and cornstarch in a bowl and stir to combine
    Turn the marshmallow onto a surface lightly dusted with a bit of the icing sugar mixture and carefully remove the paper
    Dip a knife into boiling water and cut into squares, dipping the knife again after each cut
    Dust with remaining icing sugar mixture and store in an airtight container
