Lavender Honey Cake

Ingredients:
3 cups flour
3 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
1/2 cup Frolicking Deer Lavender Honey
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
3 eggs 

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat 2 loaf pans with baking spray
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and cinnamon
In the bowl of a stand mixer, at medium high speed, cream together butter, sugar and honey
Add eggs and beat until combined. Mix in applesauce
Gradually add flour mixture and beat until just incorporated
Pour into prepared pans and bake 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
Cool completely on a wire rack. Wrap in plastic wrap to keep moist
