Lavender Coconut Lemonade

1 can coconut milk
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 lemons, freshly squeezed
2 cups water
Lavender Simple Syrup:
2 tsp. Frolicking Deer Culinary Lavender
1 cup water
1 cup sugar

In a sauce pan on the stove, combine all the ingredients for the simple syrup
Cook over medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Remove from stove and allow to cool
While the syrup is cooling, combine in a pitcher, coconut milk, lemonade concentrate, lemon juice and water. Stir to combine
Strain the cooled syrup to remove the lavender leaves and add to the lemonade mixture
Taste and add more sugar if needed. Mix again before serving
