Hatch Green Chile Olive Oil Dip

1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. freshly cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp. Mexican Oregano
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
2 Tbsp. NM Green Chile Flakes
1 1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
NM Green Chile Olive Oil

Combine crushed red pepper, black pepper, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, green chile flakes, sea salt and garlic. Mix well
Place the spice mixture on a shallow plate and drizzle with your desired amount of green chile olive oil.
Serve with fresh baguette for dipping
