Hatch Green Chile Hummus

Roasted Hatch Green Chile gives a Southwestern spin to traditional hummus


3/4 cup Santa Fe Seasons Roasted Hatch Green Chile
1 can chickpeas
1/2 cup tahini
1 ripe avocado
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp/ cumin
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika


Put all ingredients into food processor except olive oil
Mix on high speed and drizzle in olive oil until hummus is smooth
Garnish with smoked paprika, olive oil and additional chopped cilantro
