Hatch Green Chile Deviled Eggs

Green chile puts a Southwestern spin on these classic deviled eggs

Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs
3 Tbsp. mayo
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. Santa Fe Ole Hatch Green Chile, minced
1 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. cumin
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and separate whites and yolks
Add mayo, dijon, green chile, lime juice, and cumin to yolks and mash with a fork til smooth
Add yolk mixture to a plastic bag. Snip off one corner and pipe into egg whites
