Hatch Green Chile Corn Pudding

4 cups corn kernels
1 tsp. kosher salt
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Santa Fe Ole Hatch Green Chile
3 Tbsp. flour
2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
5 large eggs
2/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 stick unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Puree 3 cups of corn in a food processor and transfer to a large bowl
Stir in remaining corn, salt, green onions, green chile, flour and 1/3 cup of the cheese
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and cream until just combined. Stir into corn mixture
Place butter in an 8-inch square baking dish and pour in corn batter. Top with remaining cheese
Bake until puffed and cheese is golden brown, 45-50 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving
