Hatch Green Chile Chicken Burgers

1 lb. ground chicken
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 cup Santa Fe Ole Hatch Roasted Green Chile
1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
canola oil, for brushing
1 tomato, sliced
leaf lettuce
2 sesame seed buns
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Heat grill to medium high
Combine chicken, cumin, green chile, cilantro, bread crumbs, salt and pepper
Gently mix and divide into 4 patties
Brush grill grates with oil and grill burgers, flipping once, until golden brown. 8-10 minutes
A meat thermometer should dread 165 degrees
Grill buns, just until toasted, about 1 minute
Serve burgers on buns with tomato slices, mayo, mustard and lettuce
