Hatch Green Chile Cheesecake

1/2 cup Santa Fe Seasons Roasted Green Chile, drained
4 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz ricotta cheese
2 oz goat cheese
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 350
Beat cream cheese, ricotta and goat cheese in the bowl of an electric mixer until fluffy
Add egg, sugar and salt and beat until creamy
Stir in chiles and pour into a 4 1/2 inch springform pan
Place the pan in a larger baking pan & add water halfway up the springform pan
Bake about 45 minutes until center is just set
Chill in the refrigerator 3-4 hours. Serve with crackers
